Produce The Note Is Centuries Old - Watch This Video
Volume up. This one minute video will explain that the produce the note strategy has been around for centuries. There is nothing wrong about it. The wrong thing is someone trying to collect when they are not able to produce the note.
Centuries ago, documents were torn in half, and thus produce the note meant having to have a half which matched the other torn half.
Today as then, produce the note protects you from being pressed for money or property by someone who does not have a right to it. And even though you think you know who the other party is - how can you be sure, if they don't have a note to produce?
If someone owed you a few hundred thousand dollars, wouldn't you maintain a note?
Of course you would.
Now make them produce the note or step off!

Nice post. I like the part about produce-the-note. I live in Tampa and know one person he helped, and it actually worked. Well it did not work like some of the newspapers reporting, but they did get new terms that were very favorable and they were able to avoid foreclosure. It really varries by situation and probably the laws of your state on how far this goes. This site has all the videos they have done. Watch all the videos here:
